Are we the right planner for you?

Because planning a special event is a big deal and there are no do-overs when it comes to getting it right. "Under Promise and Over Deliver" - We live by this motto and we will go out of our way to exceed your expectations! We take great pride in our work.

Just as you hire professionals (doctors, carpenters, electricians, etc) for other areas in your life, planning an event is no different and you should hire an expert to help you plan and manage the details of your special day.

Where do you plan events? Do you travel?

We are based in The Woodlands, Texas but plan events all over! From the coast to the mountains, we love designing weddings and special events at new and familiar destinations, so contact us today!

Our venue includes a coordinator... why do I need a planner as well?

From our experience, your venue coordinator is responsible for overseeing the set-up, food and beverage, and logistics as it relates directly to the venue. An outside event planner will coordinate and manage ALL logistics and design details with your entire vendor team.

A great event planner will not only make YOUR life easier and stress-free when it comes to planning, but will also streamline and simplify the jobs of your entire vendor team (including your venue coordinator!). This allows each vendor to bring their A game to your event and results in amazingness for all. 😊

Do you offer day-of / month-of coordination?

Due to our current season of life and preferred style of service, we are only taking on partial or full service weddings. If you are in need of day-of or month-of coordination, we are happy to refer you to a team that thrives on that style of service.

Do you work with clients who don't live in the area?

Absolutely! Many of our clients are not local to the area! We are very comfortable working around your schedule and planning in advance for your trips into town! This is where some of our customized planning tools can really come in handy to ease stress or anxiety about planning a special event in a place where you are not currently located.

What is your pricing?

Our pricing is based on many factors (time of year, location, number of guests, consultant, services we are providing). However, as a point of reference, our partial wedding planning package starts at $5,800, unless customized for an intimate gathering. Contact us directly to review our planning packages!

Hiring an event planner is a big decision. We recommend you choose someone who you feel truly gets you. TRUST is the key ingredient to an amazingly stress-free experience working with us! We do this job because we love it and we are passionate about it. Because of this, we too (just like you!) want to work with an individual because we feel our personalities and styles match. Our goal for all our clients is to amaze, delight, and exceed expectations.
